Gracie is my 3 yr. old Catahoula,my bestest buddy and companion.Gracie’s good morning ritual is to rub her head between my legs as she walks thru, rubbing her whole body against my thighs. It’s her way of giving me a hug while at the same time rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. This is a daily ritual for us.
I once had a husky that would eat anything. I had left my purse out and some money had fallen out. She ate a twenty and was munching on a five when I caught her.

My dog Kouga is an Alaskan Malamute mix who loves the little dogs. When we do dog events he always wants to hang out with the little guys. He looks at me as if to say, “Can I get one mom.”
My daughter’s dog has an ongoing war with the pet squirrel out back. The squirrel teases mercilessly, but her dog gets the last word because when I go outside late at night to fill the squirrel feeder hanging form the tree, he jumps up and empties everything onto the ground. He knows exactly what he is doing too; that squirrel is going to have to come down to his level to get the food.
My two alaskan malamutes are playing tug of war right now. Milele likes to try to hit Kouga with her paw while tugging on the rope toy with her teeth.
The same husky who ate my money, had a habit of eating other things. She once chewed a top off of a jar of vicks and ate some of it. She would eat anything,

My dog, Milele loves toilet paper, she does not chew it up she just likes to carry the roll around and lay her head on it. She uses it like a pillow and she is good at getting it off the holder.
Our rescued Malamute, loves to have our siamese clean her ears. I will look up and see either of our 2 siamese with their heads completely stuck inside of her ears. The funny thing is that the 2 cats worship the dog and follow her around everywhere. She likes them, but loves the 3rd siamese who absolutely hates her.We have an odd bunch of animals.

Kouga dog and I are participating in the fastest and furriest dog walk/run for the APA. He will be so excited to play with the other dogs. It is funny becuase when he gets excited his tail goes around in circles.
My dog Nutmeg is such a princess. She had just gotten groomed and I put her in a little pink spring dress. I was talking with my mom and we weren’t paying any attention to Nutmeg. She kept trying to get our attention but we just kept talking. Finally she barked as loud as she could and we both looked at her. She then proceeded to stand on her hind legs and dance around so we could see how pretty she was that day.

My malamute Nanook loves to bathe our cats. She licks them so much sometimes they will be soaking wet.

Kouga likes to go to the doggie egg hunts. These are held by different dog rescue groups and they put treats in the Easter eggs instead of candy. Kouga can get the treats out of the eggs without breaking the plastic eggs.
My dog grunts like a pig.
My Malamute Milele, is such a diva. It is raining today and she goes outside and takes dainty steps so her feet won’t get wet.
My malamute, Nanook, likes to say I love you, and I wanna go, in these howls. It really sounds like she is saying it.

I never knew malamutes drooled so much. I had a st.bernard as a child, and they don’t drool quite that much, but they still drool alot. I noticed the more excited mine gets, the more she drools.

My dog Scout, a pitbull/french bulldog mix, howls in tune with fire trucks that go by. We had a fire down the street once, and because there were multiple fire trucks, she struggled to keep up and in tune with all of them.
Milele takes all the dirty clothes out of the hamper so she can lay on them. She would rather lay on dirty clothes than her dog bed. Its so cute she takes them out and arranges them so she can get comfortable.
I would love to win because I know this is one of the best foods out there for dogs. I love that it has no grain and my older guy could use this for his health. He has had those stars and goes nuts over them!
OK, my standard poodle, Jack, is 10 now, but when he was a puppy he ended up eating a paper towel that I had wiped a pan out with. This dog ate everything and we called him Gator. Well, I didn’t know he ate it till the next morning when my SIL was eating breakfast and he had a wierd smile on his face. Jack was running around the table in he had the paper towel hanging out of his butt! My SIL had hepled him out earlier, but I guess more was coming. It was gross but funny, too.
Our dog Maggie (one of many) likes to get on the side of the bed under the comforter and walk…..very…..slowly until she comes out from under it. I guess she likes the feel of it on her back – kinda like a sloooowwww massage.
I have a little Chihuahua named Paco. He was laying on the bed between my husband and myself. Hubby fell asleep and would let out a large snore ever so often. Paco’s ears would shoot straight up. He would look up at me and then back at hubby. When he started to growl I had to put him in the other room. I knew that he was about to start barking. I’m not sure if he thought he was protecting me or if he was getting cranky about because hubby kept waking him up
my lab will give me a high five before a treat
It’s is funny to watch the other dogs around my malamute. They all respect her because of her size, even though she if they so much as bark at her, she would run and hide behind me.

My dog loves to have his lower back scratched and then he stomps his legs up and down , one then the other, real high and he can get going and it looks crazy. came to find out his Dad called Magic does it and some of his offspring and they call it the Magic Dance.
I have two black labs that are crated at night. I just tell them to “Go to bed” and off they go to their crates. {They love them} Anyway, I was kinda getting upset with my kids because they were arguing over something and it was getting pretty late..I raised my voice a little and said..”C’mon guys..don’t do this now..just GO TO BED!” All of the sudden my two labs got up instantly and went to their crates..They must have thought I was talking to them..It was SO adorable!
My dogs love to be towel dried. When they go outside when it is raining I wipe their paws (which they hate) and then I take the towel and dry them with it. They love it, in fact when I get out of the shower they wait for me to dry them even if they are not wet.
My dog goes crazy when anyone knocks at the door, so whenever we want her to come upstairs, all we have to do is knock on the wall.
My dog loves to play catch and pull on a rope
