Rescue Spotlight: Second Acts

Second Acts is a non-profit fund raising organization that distributes 100% of all donations received to small, volunteer-run animal rescue groups nationwide that adopt a no-kill policy. We thought that this was a great idea, and even though they don’t rescue animal directly, their help in funding rescues that need help is going to go a long way to finding animals homes!

To date, they have sent $250 each to groups in all 50 states and are providing financial assistance to new groups around the country. You can learn more about Second Acts, including how to make a donation directly, or through affiliate shopping, by visiting the Second Acts website. If you are on Facebook, you can find them as a cause there as well. If you would like to know a bit more about them, here is a video that does a great job explaining what they are doing.

As always, thank you for doing something to help animals find forever homes.
