Yoga 4 Dogs DVD
Yoga 4 Dogs is a great way to share your workout with your dog. It features straight forward yoga poses that most people should be able to do, while also incorporating your dog into the workout. The DVD features workouts for both small and big dogs, as well as a “Happy Paws Dog Massage” section. Amy Stevens is also a delightful hostess through the workout.

My Mommy would like to learn yoga & she thinks it would be a great stress reliever for me!
Hugs & Snugs
Eduardo the Snuggle Puggle
great idea . I’d like to win this to interact with my
dog. she’s 7 years old,but acts like a puppy, she has too much energy so maybe this would calm her.
I’m an avid yoga enthusiast and I’ve seen the wonderful things that yoga can do to for humans. My dogs are athletes (competing in flyball – a team sport for dogs). The high impact workouts that they’re subject to on a regular basis can be damaging if you’re not careful and stretch the dogs well and keep them in shape. I’d love to win this DVD set to test out the practices of yoga for dogs, keeping them limber and agile for other sports.
i enjoy anything that i can do with my dog and i know it’s mutual. she’s such good company.
when i’m lying on the floor face down trying to relieve my back pain, she puts her front paws on my upperback and just stays there as if she knows that’s where it hurts.
i’m a beginning yoga student. i think this would be fun to try it out with zoe.
thanks, leslie
Yoga4dogs has been a new fun activity that Smeagol and I share together. It help me notice for the first time my dogs energy level, and how that correlates with my energy level. When practicing Doga, I became more aware of the link between me and my dog, and our relationship has improved since! Thank you Amy!
This would be great for my dogs AND for me — relaxing yoga together. I’m getting older and stiffer, as are my doggies, and I do believe this would be beneficial to us all.
When I first heard about dog massage I found it a bit odd (although it makes sense) and yoga for dogs makes sense too, although I wonder if I could actually get my sweet and intelligent, inherited German Shepherd – Husky mix Birdie to practice!
I suffer from arthritis and chronic pain from surgery. My pain specialist has approved for me to do Yoga. He said it may even help. If my dog is involved, I would be more likely to to practice.
I want to win this to give to a friend. He likes yoga and he loves his dog, and I think this would be a wonderful way for them to spend time together in a way that’s healthy for both of them. I like that the FAQ page mentioned that the DVD has a workout for small dogs as well as big dogs.
I would love to try this with my two beagle–they always try to get involved when I’m exercising anyway.
I HAVE SEEN THIS ON THE ANIMAL CHANNEL NOT SURE MY GIRLS WILL BE WILLING BUT IF I WIN WE CERTAINLY WOULD TRY.
I would really like to try this – I have a very energetic Border Collie and this may help us both. THanks for the chance.
What a great way to spend time with your pet! My dog usually helps me relax, now I can return the favor
I would love to win this Yoga4Dogs DVD to share with my mother-in-law. She is a personal trainer and yoga instructor and she happens to be a dog lover too. SHe would be thrilled to do yoga with her dog Coco. Thanks.
The past 6 months have been very stressful for my family and I can tell it’s even taken a toll on my dog. Recently my sister’s family moved in after their house burnt down from a lightening strike and their poor dog has been very stressed since being stuck in the burning house for an hour. I think this video would be great for both my sister and I and our dogs, yoga has always been a great way for me to take a break and have to relax.
“Hi! My name is Poofers. I am a 5 year old Pomeranian that my Mommy Fran and her daughter, Cassidy, rescued from a shelter. Mom has been really stressed out, because she is going through a divorce, and that is hard on Cassidy too. She used to do Yoga, but somehow, she stopped. All of this stuff stresses ME out too, and I think if she got the video, Cassidy, Fran and I could all do yoga together. It would calm us all down, and get us in better shape. I hope you pick us!!!!”
I’m not sure if my hyper dog would follow the prompts for doing a pose, but I’d love to learn the stretching techniques.
Our dog has arthritis and sleeps in her box outside. This would be fun to work with her to feel better!
Oh~I don’t know who needs this more…Me or the Dog! *Smile* Please enter me in this wonderful giveaway~Thanks

My coworker and I were just talking about yoga for her daughter’s stressed-out pooch. If I won I’d give her the dvd. Otherwise, I’ll just send her the link to buy one.
