Cesar Millan of the Dog Whispere became a U.S. citizen on March 12, 2009! He had passed the citizenship test earlier this year. He attended a swearing in-ceremony Montebello, Calif., just north of Los Angeles. Cesar was joined at the ceremony by his wife Ilusion and two sons, Andre and Calvin.
What an exciting day it must have been for him. Congrats Cesar, and thank you for all the great work you are doing for pets and their people!
