“I’m Tired Of…” Giveaway!
I’m Tired Of is an awesome project that combines recycling and important causes with a bit of fashion thrown in the mix. We were very happy to help them spread the word about the “I’m Tired Of Animal Cruelty” bracelet, and are excited that three lucky winners will get a bracelet of their own!

From the website:
This bracelet is made from recycled tires with a cylindrical recycled metal bead with “I’m Tired of” embossed on both sides and “Animal Cruelty” on top. The “I’m Tired of” bracelet concept was sparked by the success of Lance Armstrong’s effort to raise money for cancer with a simple silicone bracelet. When we set our criteria, we decided that, like
Armstrong’s, first and foremost, it had to be inexpensive so everyone could afford it. And, equally important, we had to be able to make a substantial donation to charity from each one. We’ve accomplished both. For every $10 bracelet sold, we donate $5 (that’s half) to important causes. You pick the cause and your bracelet and the donation will automatically be made on your behalf.
Next, our products had to be both eco friendly and fashionable if we wanted lots and lots of people to wear them. We’ve spent the last eight years in the fashion business, the last two in eco fashion. Both of us have practiced a green lifestyle for many years, not in a treehugger kind of way, but always keeping our Planet in mind in a modern way, and making changes. Last, but not least, we needed the bracelet to be completely made in the USA.
The first concept was to literally take tires from our landfills and have them melted down to make the bracelet straps. We quickly found out that wasn’t possible, because tires are made from Vulcanized rubber and simply don’t melt…they just burn. For a while, we gave up. Then, several months later, like kismet, we came across an American company that had patented a process to, in essence, recycle used tires into sheet rubber, and it all came together.

My Mommy really liked the I’m Tired of Child Abuse bracelet. She also loved that you could vote for a new cause! We voted for Epilepsy! And we also sent a letter to the Epilepsy Foundation telling them about the bracelets!

I especially love the Tired of animal cruelty because a friend of mine works taking dogs from puppy mills and this is a perfect gift for her and one for myself also.
I like that the company recycles, gives to charity and makes affordable bracelets for many causes. This is the start of something big!
I like the I’m tired of world hunger bracelet. My son is into animal rights and would love the animal cruelty bracelet!
I’m so glad you guys told me about this website, they’re great! The Animal Cruelty, World Hunger, and Global Warming bracelets are my favorite. I also love how they’re made out of recycled materials.

Giving half of the profits to these chariaties and using recylced products is phenominal.
I like that the company gives to charity, that the company recycles, I like the message they are giving. If only more companies would do these things…..
What a great company. I love the fact that they give to charity. And that they recycle. I love the message on this braclet….good for this company…
Wow what a great site, I ordered 2 of the tired of animal cruelty ones, one for myself and one for my wife – fantastic idea
840 million people suffer from lack of food and clean water. I am tired of world hunger! What a cool website to bring compassion and help to people who need it the most.

really like the site and the idea. the one offered as a prize though is my favorite.. I don’t understand animal cruelty and I don’t think we as a society do enough to recognize it as a crime since in most states it is a misdemeanor and not a felony. I would be proud to wear this bracelet.
it’s nice to see a company doing something positive by promoting important issue & contributing to charities. it’s a refreshing change to the news of companies expecting to be bailed out by the government….
I think you have a great name for your products. I am an animal advocate and recycling and the donations help them.
I love the I’m tired of animal cruelty bracelet and that half the proceeds go to good causes. I would love this bracelet, I rescue cats and dogs, foster them and find forever homes. Some of their forever homes wind up being mine and that’s fantastic
I like the global warming one. I am happy to see a great company recycling and donating some of the money to the cause of your choice
There’s a great selection of causes to choose from and I also like the “I’m Tired of Aids” bracelet too. They work with the The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
I love that they give $5 of every $10 bracelet sold to the cause you choose; it doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you for the great giveaway!
Great idea, great gift, and the first one will go to the girl I work with who rescues dogs from puppy mills!
I like they donate $5 of every $10 ordered to the cause we choose! The bracelets are a really cool idea they have one for everybody!
Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!
This company and the site are so amazing!! It’s so cool that half of the proceeds from the bracelets go to charity and that the bracelets are made from recycled tires and metal! It’s such an eco-friendly way to spread the word and make a difference. I’m an animal activist so the prospect of winning this bracelet is amazing!! I would wear it proudly and I’m totally crossing my fingers. However, even if I don’t win the bracelet, thanks so much for speading the word and I’m so glad I found out about the site!!
The Animal Cruelty bracelet really is great thing. All of the bracelets are. All the causes are important.
Its just I recently saw a huge result of animal cruelty and so Im a on a mission to stop it!
:]
I like that they work with Best Friends Animal Society. My favorite is the ‘I’m Tired of Animal Cruelty’ bracelet.
I love the fact that they actually give a pretty significant amount of the sale to charity. Also, major points for actually being a nice piece of jewelry that people will want to wear.
I think I might have to get myself an I’m Tired of AIDS bracelet.
I like it that this site espouses so many world ills: child abuse, diabetes, autism, the economy, animal cruelty and many, many more! The people here seek justice and help for those unable to help themselves!
I like that for every $10 bracelet sold, they donate $5. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you!
I love everything about the site. I like the fact they are using recycled materials, working with worthy causes, and donate half the sales to charity. The bracelets are great and you can wear more than one (I wear many of the silicone bracelets together, including the lance Armstrong one that inspired them, and like the way these one’s look).
wow – wonderful idea – tired of war and tired of cruelty to animals – going to have to wear two at least!@!!!
Animal cruelty is struggling with a society of noncomplacent people. Thanks to this site, hopefully, more people will be reached-I will be purchasing from them.
What a great concept in combining eco-friendly materials, the ability to select a cause you believe in and not only make a visible statement by wearing the bracelet, but providing real support in the way of cash donations.
Being animal lovers, my wife and I clearly favor the animal cruelty bracelet, but who says you’re limited to one cause?!
Thanks for introducing us to this site.
I love the look of this bracelet! My son would love one of these. I like that they donate half of the purchase price to a cause we choose.
Thanks!

I liked the I’m Tired of Aids bracelet. I think it’s so fantastic they give $5 of every $10 bracelet sold to the cause you choose. We need more companies like this in today’s day and age. Beautiful!
