Tie One On to help animals!

Crafton, PA – Recently, Kelli Spotti decided that she wanted to do something with the hundreds of bracelets she was crafting in her downtime at work at The Green Tree Dairy Queen. Upon doing some research and recalling a past experience, she came to the conclusion that she wanted to raise some money for “Animal Friends”, a no-kill shelter that has been in Pittsburgh for quite some time now.

Being an animal lover and owning a pet of her own, she became extremely passionate about the idea and recalled all the knowledge she had learned in her three years at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to build her own website for her endeavor. Selling bracelets for $5 a piece if you buy 2, and at a slightly discounted rate if you buy 3 or more, she donates $1 to the shelter for every bracelet that she sells. As of October 16th, she has sold 52 bracelets to people all over the country interested in helping out the shelter.

With the slogan “Give Back … Tie It On” attached to her site, Kelli has began her fundraising efforts for the shelter. She has set her sights high with a goal of $100 by Christmas and hopes that the people of Pittsburgh will give back and tie one on.

What a great thing Kelli is doing! Please visit the Tie One On website, and consider buying a bracelet for yourself, or someone you love, so she can reach her fund raising goal!
