I hope this woman gets the maximum penalty by the law. They should starve her in jail just like she starved this poor helpless dog.

I can’t believe this terrible woman’s actions. How can she possibly do this to a poor animal? I just don’t understand.

I wish people would start realized that a dog is not a toy that you ignore when you have a new fun things to think off. Thanks ASPCA.

I would really like to see her do time in jail just as an example to other people who might neglect their dogs.
